As was Mr. Chapman's wish, all unnecessary comforts remain absent to save weight and reduce mass. The result is a car that delivers pure, unadulterated driving thrills. The Seven 485 is the ultimate model in our line up, boasting 177kW. This additional power provides you with added performance either on the road or for track day driving.

The Seven 485 offers a host of additional performance oriented features as standard equipment. These include:

  • High output 177 kW 2.0 litre Ford engine, with Sport setting allowing it to rev to 8500 rpm
  • 6-speed ultra-close-ratio Caterham designed gearbox
  • Limited slip differential
  • Dry sump engine lubrication system

The 485 S includes the 'S' pack as standard.  The 485 S is also availabe with the addition of the 'R' pack.  This option includes 13"alloy wheels which enables fitment of Formula 3 racing tyres. It also inclues other track focused options including ACES gear change lights and a race damper kit.
